Rao (Fiona, I think) wrote about making sure you put your heel down first, and I sing "Heel, toe, and away we go" as I walk. Or I sing "The ladies in the harem of the court of King Caractacus" because it has just the right rhythm for walking down the street. Not out loud, I think it would scare little children!
