Default 115 resting heart rate

Funny I saw this post today. I met with a cardiologist in NY today to get clearance for the ketamine infusion and we discussed my resting hear rate which has been 110+ for almost 5 yrs now, basically since my pain first started and I had my first cervical surgery.

Long story short - the cardiologist said it's perfectly normal for people with conditions such as RSD or MS to have high resting heart rates. Normally if pain does get reduced, the rate rate should also go down. Good news is she said it's really nothing to be alarmed about and no long term damage to your heart from it. She did say if it's over 150, it's a different story.
