I would love to know what this nasal thing is. I cant breathe at times and it feels like their is something crawling in my sinuses/lungs/throat... i have difficulty swallowing and smell/taste sensations which are heavily reduced. It could be that mycobacterium in the link you posted i will look more into it.

Their is no information on that site regarding what the organism is actually called, do you know the name?
