I have constant nausea from the MS. I find peppermint helps. Peppermint tea or even a honey lemon tea is soothing. I eat smaller meals, more frequently. I find if I put a normal adult size meal in my tummy its sure to trigger me. I have constant MS hug on my right side.
Try some meditation, relaxation, and distraction. I find the more I focus on it, the worse it is.
