Annie,
I totally agree, I couldn't find anything one way or the other as far as helping people with MG. It didn't seem like many folks on the other forum used it either.

So many people take all kinds of supplements these days I figured I'd throw the question out there.

I can't imagine taking anything without consulting my Neuro first. I'm so new to the MG thing I read every label on everything I pick up before I buy, eat, or drink it. I don't want to leave anything to chance. But if someone gets desperate enough who knows what they might take or do.

I agree a good diet, exercise, and a positive state of mind go a long way, with or without MG.
