I don't know if the eating thing is normal but I do know that you need to make a choice to not let it control you. I have breakfast every day whether I feel like it or not. The blood sugar and other issues that come from 'famine' versus 'plenty' is well documented. When you do not eat from a long period (famine), then you have a meal (plenty), the body starts storing up fat to survive the next famine. With a proper diet routine, your system will relearn to not store up fat.
This is a roller coaster that is best to avoid. Breakfast is very important because it is the first meal after a long period of no eating (due to sleeping). Consider your days as a 24 hour clock. You need to have food intake in every 6 to 8 hour period. If not, the body gets on the famine mode and stores up calories in fat.
Hope this helps.
My best to you.
