mine resolved as we got the muscles to release/relax in the whole upper body, {PT, DC and I}.
Are you feeling very tight all the time in the neck, chest , pecs?
Since you are still working you really need to focus your breaks and off time on de stressing , relaxing, and self care along with any good PT or DC to help loosen those knots and spasms.

what i did for temporary help to loosen the tight arm was a self "Indian burn" type of thing. or a friend can do it- not to pain though
Just grab arm and twist and hold a bit then move down a section and repeat I did this on both arms and in both directions.
a tissue release thing.
but in the long run getting the upper body loosened was the better lasting help.
