The PT told me to avoid the treadmill until the vertigo gets under control. Wonder how long that will take? The vertigo has gotten better but when it happens it appears out of nowhere.

And usually, at the worst times too.
Thank you for the advice everyone. It has given me a lot of hope and inspiration that whatever is going on with my messed up body- I can deal with it head on and still find ways to get some type of exercise (even if it is little) - but enough for some mental gain if anything.
