I have a Pilates DVD that is all on the floor on a mat and is for beginners. I have tried several times over the last year to get back to it (a flare knocked me out of me routine) but I keep having symptoms get worse every time I do.
I just did my Pilates today, hopefully I can finally get back into the swing of things. I have gained 45 lbs in the last year and am so sick of this!
I hope you find something that works for you. I hear water aerobics are great and the balance thing isn't as much of an issue, if you can find a pool where the water isn't too warm. Our local pool is so hot I can't move just after walking into the room.
Let me know what works for you, hopefully you can find it soon.
