I just spent quite a bit at the Swanson's web site and cinnamon is among the goodies I expect to arrive tomorrow. I have been using coconut oil on and off this past week and now that you mention it...I have had very little wearing off effect and less anxiety.
I plan on trying cinnamon and coconut oil, so I'll report in a few days. Is the coconut oil dosage still 2 tblspns? I take it that cooking with it counts, or is that a no-no as heating at high temp may alter benefit?
I have a sub-clinical thyroid issue too, as you know. It'll be interesting to see if the cinnamon makes a difference.
