Connecticut takes domestic violence very seriously, and I pray you get a restraining order or protection and tell Gerry that under no circumstances will you allow anyone to treat you that way. Stop taking current g/fs phone calls. Have Gerry explain that you are angry, and worried and want as much distance as possible between them and you. That means allowing g/fs to gossip or run info about how and where you are to this dangerous man.
