I went thru a really bad itching bout, and Lyrica helped....when it was over, I went off Lyrica. I get all kinds of odd little rahes and end up using triamcinalone cream....with the nasal congestions, this sounds to me like it could be vascular or allergic. My husbad gets huge hives and he get internal itching in his joints and deep in his tissues...can't even see the hives.
