RX form 50,000 football shaped liquigel blue green in color is ergocalciferol D2----INFERIOR

OTC is D3, cholecalciferol, or bioactive natural D and preferred.
Not expensive.
I get you on this. I did the research last night. Try explaining this to Alan. He will only do what Dr. Fred gives him.

So I have to try and make it up in other ways. What about diet. He's a vegetarian and not about to change. He sleeps all day and wakes up at about 5 (although this is a very recent thing). So if he does go out it's not in the daytime.

I don't know what to do about him. I can't change him. He's 63 years old. I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens at his next blood test.

Is there any food with Vitamin D that I can sneak into him (in his sandwiches, (for example, last night I made him a tuna sandwich and I piled on the Sprouts). He loved it.

Thanks ,

Melody
