I just saw a video on youtube from this Doctor in England who speaks about how most of England has a Vitamin D Deficiency. I'm sending it to Alan so when he goes on the computer, he'll at least see the video.

I mean 10 minutes a day is NOTHING. He would never buy that lamp, but I just wanted to see if one existed.

And because his doctor said: 'Don't take the store bought D anymore, take the prescription", well what do you think Alan is going to do?

Oh well.
