Jacks surgery was a success! wahoo! but his poor bladder stayed over stretched for so long that it is now floppy and out of shape, and he is having trouble contracting down on it to empty. So, he can dribble. He is on pills to help, and this will heal. it may take a week or two, but 99% of animals that have this recover from it. its a matter of trying to stay ahead of the skin break down from urine being on his new incision, his tender shaved skin and the irritation from the bladder being forced to spasm.
Managed a good nap today. holy crow I needed that. I am going to stay in low gear and take the weekend to run around in my jammies. DH did the laundry AND when I was up he changed the bed, and even made a nice dinner. Wahoo!
