I thought it was MS Word popping up and wanting to be the email editor?

[I clicked on the person's email address, the "Starting Microsoft Office Word 2003 as your email editor" came up on the screen ]

Another confusing thing is Outlook Express is a separate program from Outlook. Gets confusing - it looks like Outlook is in with MS office now.
I haven't used any of those in ages and don't even have them installed.

I use the free OpenOffice program. similar to MS Word but not completely the same.
