This reminds me of the opening scene in Ace Ventura Pet Detective where the delivery guy was kicking the package down the road.

Was the package marked "fragile" or "breakable - handle with care"? I'm wondering if he was just so tired and aggravated by 10:30 PM that he just didn't care. Maybe he quit! Was the package insured?

I know.....none of that excuses the total disregard for the contents of your package. I would definitely call them and let them know what happened. Customer service isn't what it used to be.
