I'm still trying to figure our how a package coming 20 miles from my house had to go to Memphis TN, then Indiana then back to Illinois. The answer I got? "Oh, well we do to it that way because there isn't a hub close to you." I replied, "Yes, in Peoria." They calmly said "This is how we do things." I said "Thank you but your wasting money and gas." lol It took three days to get that package 20 miles away.
