Hi and welcome.

At least finally something was found as the cause, that is a good thing.

Have you had an MRI to get a clear image of the size/shape and better details of how they are causing the symptoms?

Since you've had problems for quite awhile already if the MRI shows clearly they are large enough to be the culprit - surgery might be the best fit for you. But there is still a chance for expert/specialised PT to help also.
Some c ribs are small or only partials.
finding a expert surgeon or 2 is a good thing also - even if for consult/opinion at first.
