Does anyone know if the 20 credits ($20,000) in income over 10 years aplies in all cases? I was at home mom for 9 of those 10 years while supporting our family business from behind the scenes (sans paycheck of course thanks to an awful ex). Last I read, I cannot apply unless I decleare income for the next few years first. Lovely time to try to do it to,right? :P
I was in NJ till last year but am now in PA, not sure if that matters. Health insurance is private through Cobra for now. Any help would be much appreciated.
