That is a great question/topic, fliplovestoeat. I know for me, knowing that it's always there, lurking in the shadows ready to strike again at any time , it's hard not to think about it when I'm pain-free. What works pretty well for me is to stay busy and if my thoughts start wandering to the TN, I try breaking them by focusing really hard on what I'm doing at the moment.
