Homeopathy is one of those "belief" therapies.
The dilutions in them are so great, there may only be ONE molecule left in the whole thing! If diluted enough they claim that the echo of the presence of the molecule has activated the WATER to be therapeutic!

Ogliotherapeutic? Just a big word for these products. It seems to be a new adjective applied to homeopathic products...and is rather dumbfounding IMO. Big words to impress people and get them to buy it.
Homeopathy relies on the placebo effect. It is not as popular here in US as it is in other countries. UK for example.
