Default That was all I could find

with anything related to RSD.

If you read down into the document, you will find where they are rating disabilities. That is where you find they talk about rsd, and pain as a disability.

Mike that does sound right about the govenator passing that law about people abusing the system with fibro, and rsd. I also couldnt find anything on it, and I even perused the codes.

I tried to get a workers comp case going after being told by the manager of the casino to lift a keg of beer by myself. He couldnt spare a helper for a couple of minutes. But alas I was S.O.L. again because my employer was on native american tribal land.

They are not held to the state laws, and even federal for that matter. If you have a grievance you go to the tribal council...........like your gonna get justice there

So for me it was cant sue the doctors, and no workers comp case. Even though I probably could have lifted the keg before the doctors oop'sed on me. I learned that before working at any tribal owned business, get everything in writing. Otherwise tribal sovereignty rules!
