As Wiki states in it's opening sentence on WW, "Weasel words is an informal term..." I don't know if there's an official name. While bearing some similarities to a legal/advertising concept known as "puffing" (Wiki describes it under "puffery") there are distinctions. Search "weasel words puffing" (without quotes).
