I have a hard time not putting my foot in my mouth during conversations. To quote my sister I "just don't think before (I) talk."
And I have sent some unwise emails myself.

We beat ourselves up unmercifully for these kind of things, but we all have to remember (afterwards ) that we can't turn back time.

I hope nothing comes of that email.
