It used to be that I felt the best in the morning for a few hours (cognitively and physically). I would get up around 5:30 a.m. and be fine until around 10:00. Then I would go downhill until I napped. Then I would get up and be ok for a few hours and then downhill again around 4 in the afternoon and by 7 I was done for the day and in bed between 9 and 10.
I have notice a shift in my "normal" routine over the past several months. I now wake up and am not at my best, physically, until after I nap.

That means all morning my body is rebelling against me.

My brain says go, go, go and my body says no, no, no.
Anyhow, I was wondering what part of the day do you feel the worst physically and/or cognitively - morning, afternoon, or evening? You can choose more than 1 option.
