I was on ms contin for six years. It gave me quality of life. Had recent bit surgery correction in cervical spine, a gift of healing. I am currently being weened off and greatfully. This a causing me no trouble so far. When there cannot be a healing, these meds help you to have a good life and shouldn't be looked at as a negative.
