I was thinking about this issue last night while a RLS ad was on...that there could be soo many folks diagnosed or mis-diagnosed either way. I believe the steps for diagnosing RLS are far less extensive. I promise to suss it out and will post somethings [if I find them] later today.

I do think that the approaches to treatments are similar tho. It's just a matter of degree of pain and disability and the medication options that differ in scope.
