I have ringing in my ears and fibromyalgia. I have been reading some research by Martin Pall that says the nitric oxide system in our bodies gets out of balance and can cause these symptoms. You might look at his book "Explaining Unexplained Illnesses". His treatment which is mostly lots of antioxidants has been helping me. You can read parts of the book on amazon or on google books.
