Thank you for that. Good ideas without any meds or anything really out there. Something nice and simple. I'll give it a try. I'm really trying to hold out til I go to Mayo Clinic in December. I'm currenty in pain management, but my symptoms seems to change so rapidly by the time I get in to see my doctor that symptom has passed and a new one has started. When hot? The spray evaporates and helps some... Maybe a fan indirectly blowing on them as well [not directly? THAT's TOO MUCH!] When cold? Damp towells warmed in a microwave but towell wrapped again to keep from burning...as you don't always know when it's too hot or cold.
Compresses are a good choice for bed, as the evaporation helps for the long term.
Just be careful. Simply because you DON't REALLY KNOW? Be super cautious. Certainly don't want to make things worse than they already are.
