I agree with Vowel Lady - Fish Oil is known to regulate the brain. I notice that it helps stabilize moods and gives a sense of well being.

GNC has a Triple Fish Oil that is excellent.

My boyfriend has Aspergers. He tried several meds but the one he finally arrived at that is working for him is Sertraline (this is Zoloft). It helps with anxiety and depression.

Every body is different but this seems to be one medicine that has worked for him. He also has anxiety and he takes lorazapam for that anytime he feels he needs it and before bedtime. SOmetimes he takes it morning and night, and that helps.

I wonder if this daughter needs an activity /schooling/ art to help her channel her energies. I wonder what her deep interests are. Aspergers people are known to have very narrow but intense interests or hobbies. Perhaps finding one friend she can identify with who has it as well would be good for her. I am not sure.

I just wanted to comment on the fish oil and Zoloft.
Good luck.
