Default Paid the Price

Hi,

Wasn't hungry for dinner last night so heated up some Swanson's chicken broth w/less sodium (never had it before) and tossed in some fresh frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans). Forgot to read the ingredients and seems the broth had some built-in seasonings and onions.

However, also had a chocolate craving so went to the building's vending machine and got a Three Musketeers - something I haven't eaten in years.

By bedtime, I was burning for the first time in many weeks.

Had to be either the Swanson's or the candy as the rest of the day had only eaten tried and true usual foods at home.

What foods do/might cause any of you to have a burning attack and what does that mean - allergy to the food or something else?
