Default Pain question

It's very annoying. I feel like my big toe, at the base where it meets my foot, has a thorn stuck deep into it! I look, there's nothing there. No redness, no swelling, nothing hanging, no pain when it moves, nothing moving around; I ahve moved it, scratched it, pumiced it, pinched it and still the pain is there. I have had it before and just tried to ignore until it's gone but since yesterday, it's very irritating to me. Coincidentally, my right hand-specifically my thumb (at the base, where it meets my hand) & palm (right under my forefinger) has a consistent pain in it, and my left pinkie feels like there's a thorn in it as well.
Does this sound like pain related to parkinsons?
