I tried Qigong as part of a Mindfulness Based Stress Relief program at UCSF. I liked it but there were a lot of repetitive arm movements, especially arm forward positions, that were difficult and painful. I mediated lying down. It worked well while I was doing it, but I can't live my life lying down (no jokes here, please) so that was a problem.
