Default Veganism

Hey

I am a vegetarian but I am considering going vegan - I am hoping it will reduce some of the more unpleasant organ RSD issues! is there anything I should specifically keep in my diet? I don't really know what foods they suggest are good for it apart from anti oxidants - like tomatoes (which I'm obviosuly going to keep in!) I have decided to go vegan for lent - as I will miss other foods, but I want to see if I can do it, and giving up dairy and eggs etc will be easier if I can use lent to motivate me. (Also, I then have a date to decide whether it is helping the symptoms or not).

Any help would be appreciated!!!

Thanks

Rosie

PS does anyone else find that convenience foods are really bad for their RSD?
especially bowel/ bladder wise? PPS I agree with what everyone says about bladders - I get that and feel like an idiot needing to go to the bathroom all the time! xxxxxxx
