There will be a Lifetime Achievement Dinner honoring Peter Jannetta, MD, in Pittsburgh, PA, on Saturday, April 28, 2007.

Cost is $55 if you register by April 15, $75 after. Scholarships may be available (see under "Cost" on the website). I've been to two national and one regional conference and recommend them wholeheartedly.
