ow your fam seems to have bad luck with horses

my dad has a billion neck/back problems. he's never had shoulder trouble but his are lopsided like mine (left side is too high or right too low depending on how you look at it). my right collarbone sticks out, left doesn't really. if i lie down on a hardwood floor and put my arms flat over my head my right shoulder doesnt sit flat like my left. i know that nobodys perfectly symmetrical but i wonder how common it is to be that different. i also think my left side, the trapezius is more muscular. aside from tense traps the rest of my back muscles are nonexistent

since i cant lift weights i guess im gonna do yoga. and eventually pilates.
