SSA usually only requires their medical exam if your medical records are insufficient. If your medical records are detailed enough and indicate total disability, SSA should find you to be disabled.
One of your other posts mentioned working ......Are you still working ? Total disability would preclude even working from home if you are able to make over X amount a month (used to be $900, but someone above mentioned it's up to $1000). Although in theory you could make less than that and be eligible, I don't know of anyone who was approved while they were still working even in a limited way.
