One of your other posts mentioned working ......Are you still working ? Total disability would preclude even working from home if you are able to make over X amount a month (used to be $900, but someone above mentioned it's up to $1000). Although in theory you could make less than that and be eligible, I don't know of anyone who was approved while they were still working even in a limited way.
I am still working, though having troubles, not to a point where I have to stop yet (though at work all I have done is scan the internet to pass the day away). I am making over 1000$ a month. I guess SSI is based on employability.
