I'm still going to try tho. Then I could have as many dogs as I want, and not have to worry about going broke feeding them and exhausting myself walking them and training them.
I collect dog statues. I've got a couple of pug statues, a poodle (used to have one) and a yorkie terrier (used to have one), along with a bouvier statue. They're fun to collect.
I am planning on possibly volunteering at the humane society. Maybe see if I can help take care of the dogs sometime. That looks like fun. Maybe I'd end up finding myself a new dog that's real.

Erin, that's a great idea-as a matter of fact, we were at the shelter today cuz they have a park where I can let Buddy off the leash and just let him run to his own beat and play with other dogs. Out shelter has volunteers who bring the dogs out to the park for their hour of freedom. The girl I met today just loved this hour with the dogs. A beautiful black, groomed cocker had just been dropped off and it was shivering from fright. Really sad, but I was glad Buddy aand I were ther to console the poor little guy. A good time to soak up some Vitamin D too! Plus it gives you all the goodies of love, humor etc without all the fuss n costs. Great idea.
