Dextromethorphan will interact with SSRI and SNRI medications.
Also do not take with MAOI drugs.

Examples: Prozac, Zoloft, Lexapro, etc and Cymbalta and Effexor, etc.

Too much DM can also cause dizziness and mentally altered states, and confusion.

I believe that guaifenesin has been de-listed for fibro, and is not recommended any more.
