Welcome!
I have to agree with the others, if you think you are having a stroke or heart attack GO to the ER now!
That being said many many many things can cause the symptoms (sx) that you describe. from anxiety (which is really common in the new mommy brain) to fatigue to MS to Lupus, lyme, and so forth. The thing that stuck out in my mind was that your symptoms were on BOTH sides. most folks with MS have one sided symptoms. We complain that our left leg goes and stays numb. or our right jaw goes and stays numb. then after some rest or time it just goes away.
Please know that there are more than 100 diseases than can mimic MS. Only your MD can help you rule them out. He will take into account your age, symptoms and results to determine what is happening to your body. Blood tests can rule out easy things like a vitamin def, or lyme, lupus, or an electrolyte imbalance from dehydration (which is common in nursing moms who dont drink enough) the majority of stuff is ruled out thru simple exam and blood work. If all that stuff has been fixed, or ruled out and you still have symptoms your MD will ask you to take an MRI to view your brain. If your MD is dismissive or rude or treats you like you are just whining, seek a new md!
Welcome to the club house, and congrats on the wee one!
