I heard back from my doctor. He said to stop taking the excedrin because the aspirin is really bad for me.

He said it is okay to take extra strength tylenol, though not every day. So I am having my mom pick some up for me (she keeps buying the generic which doesn't help me, so she is going to get the brand name tonight).

I am still trying to find other ways to ease a headache, though, so if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. I need more than just a medication to take since these are nearly daily and I can't rely on the meds that much.

My name is Sarah and I am 25 years old. I have a lot of chronic health problems. Peripheral neuropathy and POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) keep me bedridden the majority of the time. I also struggle with degenerative disc disease, disc desiccation, spondylolisthesis, arthritis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) with insulin resistance, allergies, sound sensitivities, and other health problems.
