I think my question may have been misinterpreted.

With the above excerpt, I was just looking for a second opinion on whether that's saying I am approved for benefits. If it is, great! Just don't want to get happy and then find myself sorely disappointed over a mistake.

Like I said, I guess it's partly a reluctance to easily accept victory after a lot of struggle.
