It sounds as though you've been approved. It could be they need to know some details first perhaps, maybe they need an address, bank info for direct deposit etc. Or perhaps the amount of your current resources. It certainly is not a rejection. It seems to state it here:

"We were recently notified by the administrative law judge that your disability claim was medically approved"
