Default torticollis?

I have torticollis, caused by scoliosis at my cervical spine, which in turn is caused by T3 hemivertebra.

The funny thing is all my life, I never had this, but ever since I started a desk-bound job last year (I'm in my 20s) , I've had this ticking ever few seconds and a lot of pain in my upper back and neck and it gets worse under stress.

Anyone with torticollis here? Do you think there's a cure for it? I don't know if my case is different than usual torticollis cases.. does muscle shortening get better and cured with physical therapy? (I've been seeing a PT since May)

Sorry for so many questions! Just really confused. Thanks a bunch..
