Hello, I just read your post. You did not mention pain, just some muscle stiffness. If you do not have bladder or bowel problems and can still work a desk job, I'd leave it alone. My rule is, severe cord impingement, Then I'll call the axe man. Sounds like you are in pretty good shape. No spinal epidurals, myeleograms, No P.M. I wish I had your comfort.
