Thats a good question. I don't have big stomach issues either. But I have come across many with full positive celiac who only presented with neuronissues.
I had my blood done (negative)
I am not going to do endoscopy.I will try celiac free.
I am seeing that people are getting there stool test done but not sure If it's that valid. I am still looking into it.
