Hi there WTR Nymph, thanks for your response. Sorry to hear about all those things you're going through! Well, I do have pain, just that I get so used to it.. I also have trouble sleeping, I wake up with stiffness and a headache and have no idea what to do about it..
Well I wanted to ask about the trouble sleeping bit...I find it very hard to sleep with a pillow and so I use a towel under my neck.. it feels ok at first but in the morning I have this headache and for some reason my eyes feel really painful.. I'm suspecting it something to do with the optical nerve..
I did see the spine surgeon for one appointment and I didn't go back for my second... because after an MRI I was referred to a neurologist and this whole thing about torticollis came up it took up a lot of my time. And I am seeing a physiotherapist now. I am thinking now of going back for my second appointment though..
