Check with your doctor first but i take Benedryl to go to sleep usually the dose is 2 and I will take 3 and sleep pretty well.
Ambien stopped working for me. I have oversactive bladder issues too so sometimes i am up because of that but the benedryl seems to help that too. On a different post someone said that beneryl helped their burning pain feeling...it hasnt helped me in that area that i have noticed.
